1.2.2 各類型材料適用螺桿結構技術參數
常規螺桿見附件。新型主副螺桿結構采用主副組合螺桿,產生了加強分離過濾熔融塑膠作用,將實現了縮短長徑比值。



1.2.3 適用料筒 / 螺桿的選擇
注塑機射膠容量的選擇是以一??偭浚òㄖ髁峡?、主流道、分流道及一模多腔制件的質量)的1.5~2.5倍為最佳容量。過大時使材料在料筒中停留過間過長,造成變色或降解,簡便的測試方法是選用不同顏色的材料從下料口處加入,用正常的模塑工藝周期觀察,自下料口進去至噴嘴出來的時間應小于6-8模,超過6-8模時表明該機型過大,不合適。
工程材料在熔融過程中,體積質(重)量較輕,所以在注入模腔的過程中有大量的氣體溢出,模具應采用有合理排氣通道的澆注填充系統以利于氣體的排出,最好是全周長型腔排氣。螺桿的長徑比根據不同材料選取適應值之間。高于材料適應值以上的長徑比會造成物料在料筒中停時間過長,剪切發生變化,造成熱降解,使物料性能變壞,螺桿與料筒雙邊間隙應小于0.2mm,過大會造成注射保壓過程中物料回流,使料流不平衡,剪切紊亂,造成降解。

1.2.2 Structure of various types of materials, technical parameters for screw
